Order Processing

Pambina ImpEx reserves the right to cancel any order when Shipping Address is different from the Billing Address. Furthermore, Billing Address on the order should match Mailing Address with your Card Issuing Bank.

We use Address Verification Service (AVS). The Address Verification Service (AVS) is a tool provided by credit card processors and issuing banks to merchants in order to detect suspicious credit card transactions and prevent credit card fraud. WE DO NOT DROPSHIP.

Shipping

We ship to the contiguous continental United States only. WE DO NOT DROPSHIP.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO 15% OF ITEM COST AS RE-STOCKING FEE. Shipping cost received with order is non-refundable after an order is shipped.

You may expect to receive your refund within one week of package delivered to us.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
